Member of the Cameroon Bar Association and Rwanda Bar Association, member of the East African Law Society, Barrister Yatchet Patric has 10 years of experience in the practice of law in Cameroon, he has also served in Rwanda for large international companies for which he has ensured the legal monitoring and litigation management of numerous disputes.
Member of the Cameroon Bar Association, Rwanda Bar Association, Barrister Kouagnang Manuella has extensive experience acquired through assiduous practice of law in Cameroon and Rwanda. Her practice focuses on intellectual property law and arbitration.
Holder of a Law Degree from the Kigali Independent University, a DLP (Diploma in Legal Practice) from the Institute of Legal Practice and Development of Rwanda. Her areas of expertise are business law and corporate law. Diane also has proven skills in legal and judicial translation, which she had to put into practice when she worked alongside barristerYatchet in Rwanda, her home country. She is fluent in Kinyarwanda, French and English and also speaks Kiswahili, the language of East Africa.
Prior to joining Yatchet and Partners, he has built up an experience throughout his rich career as a tax accountant which positions him today as an expert in the field. Indeed, Mr. Batchou holds a professional degree in Audit and Control, a professional Master I in Finance and Accounting and to perfect his expertise he obtained a professional Master II in Applied Taxation at the University of Douala; Mr. Batchou is also a part-time teacher of taxation in several professional schools in Cameroon.
